Job Description
- You are an experienced and passionate IT Trainer sought to deliver top-notch training on various technologies including Windows Server Hybrid Administration, SCCM, Intune, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Associate, Azure Security, and optionally AWS/Linux. The role requires conducting engaging and interactive training sessions both online and offline for IT professionals and students. In addition to delivering training, you will be responsible for developing and updating training materials, assessing trainees, providing mentorship for career growth, and staying updated with the latest technologies and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, SCCM, Intune, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Associate, and Azure Security.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions with hands-on practical labs.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and technical documentation.
- Assess trainees through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students for career growth and certifications.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and certification updates from Microsoft and AWS.
- Optionally conduct training for AWS and Linux if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Trainer in relevant technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Hybrid Administration, SCCM, Intune, and Azure (Fundamentals, Associate, Security).
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Security.
- Experience in cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS (Optional: Linux Administration).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective way.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-500) or equivalent is preferred.
- Optional: Certification in AWS, Linux, or SCCM is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering corporate training or classroom training.
- Ability to create training videos, guides, and hands-on labs.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
