The Challenge:

This is an enterprise level B2B app. It is different from usual Mobile Apps many of which follow the same rules as an ecommerce app or a banking app. This is a mission critical application where a single click on a smartphone triggers a wave of actions using the building blocks mentioned below.

This is not a simple eCommerce or similar limited featured product. It is a B2B product which has a wide variation of use cases . It is a complex product built for mission critical usage, a and we suggest that you to look at our websites to get a feel of the product. We have been featured twice in the Gartner MQ,

We must be backwards compatible as our users have built applications for a wide range of use cases. Our users are mainly in the US, so the app needs to be compatible with accessibility guidelines

Our customers include the worlds largest mobile phone company, the largest insurer, major airlines, over 150 airports including the top 4 in the US, major universities and cities like Los Angeles.

We are Agile with a 3-week cycle while we continue to provide bugfixes and enhancements as per customer requirement and development roadmaps in each release. A major UI/UX is also ongoing.

We have an exciting environment where you interact directly with ace frontend programmers and a DevOps team that delivers 99.9999% uptime plus a security team that has just achieved SOC2 compliance.

You WILL be challenged, and we need the best of the best to meet this.

Must Have Skills:

• Fundamentally very strong in Java and JS. and in fundamental JavaScript language constructs and standards

• HTML5, CSS3, Phone Gap, Cordova, and frameworks such as Vue.Js and Quasar.
• Experience in building and releasing Cordova IOS and Android apps
• Experience in iterative software development environments
• Comfortable with functional programming paradigms
• Completely familiar with version control tools such as GIT and GitHub
• Knows how to write testable code, and is comfortable writing unit tests
• Strong communication skills to explain opinions and viewpoints
• Has started experimenting with using AI for coding and testing

Educational Qualifications

85% and above percentages in both 10th and 12th Boards

JEE Ranking in the first 5000 ( Engineers only)

Engineering degree or an MCA with high grades from a top college.

Particularly high scores in courses requiring Java and JS,

Work Experience

• A minimum of 4 years in a reputed company developing and maintaining B2B mobile apps.
• Work experience must include 2 years in companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho, Mendix, GCR, and other NOCODE/LOWCODE platforms.
• In a team, your work experience should have stood out with you being a clear major contributor
• Have produced highly innovative and have used new features in the development frameworks
• Engineering degree or an MCA with high grades from a top college.
• Familiar with translating UI/UX into code
• Familiar with the Agile Process and in hot fixing critical bugs

Initial weeks at Office to understand the app and meet the other teams and team members.

Recruitment Process

Step 1 : Your upload of a customised Resume/JD emphasising the requirements mentioned above

Step 2 : We will shortlist based on the submission

Step 3 : HR will call you to do an initial HR interview and verify your background and willingness to move to our Company as well as where you stay .

Step 4 : One or Two rounds of technical interviews with the Lead of India Team

Step 5 : Introduction to the US Team

Step 6 : Ask you to submit code samples demonstrating your expertise and and your knowledge of our frameworks. This may be open ended or in response to a particular instruction from us

Step 7 : Formal Tech interviews with the Front End team lead in US and the Mobile Lead

Step 8 : HR call and closure
