Role:
- As an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition, you'll lead our recruitment efforts, developing and executing strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to the organization's overall growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles.

- Recruit talent across all levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Analyze recruitment data and generate key metrics to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to iQUANTI's growth as an Employer of Choice.
- Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and company culture through robust processes and policies.
- Support HR initiatives as required.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in hiring for Digital Marketing roles and some exposure to IT hiring would be a plus.
- Proven ability to successfully recruit and hire senior-level talent.
- In-depth knowledge of all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, capable of handling a variety of challenges and demands.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics.
