Administration Facility Mgmt
- Custodian of all company Property documents, assets, Originals (Safe storing and retrieval)
- Upkeep, Monitor and Maintain Office and factory premises through regular maintenance.
- Waste management (E waste , Paper waste etc..)
- Regular Repair Maintenance through vendor (Power, Water, Civil, Sewage etc..)
- Front office and Guest mgmt, Courier mgmt., Travel Desk coordination.
- Lead Administration Compliance Budget and monitoring
- Controlling and Monitoring all Admin. Facility Related Cost
- Ensuring All Admin/ Facility , Legal/ Infrastructure cost spending low as per budget
- Implementing Contingency Plan as per Management
- Introduce Cost saving proposal / ideas
- Infrastructure and Asset Management Office Factory
- Alteration Modification of Infrastructure and Asset related grievance handling
- Asset disposal as per company policy and guidelines
- Process new demand of repairing work Provide new infrastructure as and when required
- Maintain AMC data for all vendors, ensure timely renewal for AMC for admin facility
- Vendor Selection and its Management
- Handling all Emergency Situations in factory and ensure safe work environment within company
- Repair and Maintenance of company asset e.g.(Lifts, lights, Gen-set, UPS, water Cooler etc..)
- Ensure Timely Servicing and maintenance of All Assets (AMC)
- Utility mgmt. - Maintain Air Compressor, Diesel Genset, legal and servicing record.
- Repair Maintenance of Furniture and Fixtures as and when required
- All Location AMC renewal , Billing Servicing for Aqua guard, Pest Control, Water Tank Cleaning , Vertical Blinds Cleaning etc..
- Stamps, Name plate, Posters processing as when required
- Visiting Cards ID cards, Sign Stamp processing on time
- Printing stationery processing issue as when required
- Introduce Cost saving proposals
- Ensure smooth joining and Pre joining formalities for Expatriates in India
- Arrange comfortable stay in India for Expatriate and their family members.
- End to end coordination for residence permit, FRRO C form etc..

- Resolve grievances w.r.t Statutory requirements, bank accounts in India.
- Security vendor mgmt and overall coordination
- Daily Downloading report of guard patrolling system and update record
- Daily monitoring of attendance of Security guard at all location
- Daily Report analysis (Water Reading, Visitor pass etc.) for all location
- Monitor Inward Outward Register on daily basis
- Introduce and maintain Pantry in factory premises along with Material mgmt.
- Pantry vendor mgmt., billing, food audits and overall coordination
- Ensure on time compliance related with Labour laws, Pollution control Board, Factories Act, State Electricity Board, BSNL, Industrial Development Corporation Water, Municipal -corporation, Lift Hoist, Local Grampanchayat etc..
- Ensure all Environments Tests done as per Pollution Control Board act.
- Handling all legal Audits (internal External) regarding Legal compliance and ensure zero Non compliance.
Prepare, Maintain, Update and control all ISO, EMS, OHSMS related manuals and records.
Handling all audits (Internal External) and ensure zero noncompliance.
Local Govt bodies coordination
Ensure cordial relationship with local gram panchayat, corporators and police stations and help to establish peaceful environment in factory premises.
