Clinical Python Programmer

Job Overview
Under guidance, assists with database design or modifications to solve database processing problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
Job Responsibilities
3+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages (eg: Python-pandas, Numpy/PL/SQL, SAS).
Good experience on end-to-end clinical data management activities. Develop the tasks in compliance with ICH – GCP guidelines.
Handling missing values, Reading Raw data files, creating da ta structures, Handling programming errors, Accessing and Managing data, Appending, Concatenating data
Highlight the potential risk involved well ahead and Understanding of protocol, CRF standards, and EDC data structure.
Should be able to lead the studies and be actively involved in all the study activities.
Assists with the implementation of metadata management tools.
Participates in the implementation and management of the global metadata repository.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Good understanding of databases and SQL.
Good to have SAS global certification, basic knowledge on AI & ML to be part automation/innovation initiatives within and across the departments.
Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

• One (1) year experience in the database administration area Req
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
