Job Description
- As a Consultant in the Research & Insights team with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with onshore teams and clients to develop solutions for complex business requirements. You will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth desk research using pharma-specific sources, defining competitive intelligence frameworks, and translating complex data into actionable insights through compelling presentations. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to team development, and provide thought leadership within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping to final recommendations
- Manage project delivery focusing on profitability, quality, and client satisfaction
- Conduct in-depth desk research using pharma-specific sources
- Define competitive intelligence and pipeline assessment frameworks
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling presentations
- Collaborate with global and onshore teams, ensuring client-ready outputs
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to team innovation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Qualifications Required:
- 5-8 years of total experience in life sciences consulting

- Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects and teams
- Deep knowledge of secondary research methodologies in the pharmaceutical domain
- Strong business acumen and ability to align research with client objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills
- Exposure to project management principles and resource planning
