Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the life sciences field, you will be responsible for leading or participating in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects. Your role will involve reviewing client requirements, analyzing problems, and proposing cost-effective solutions to ensure profitability and high client satisfaction. You will provide guidance to team members and develop detailed documentation and specifications as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include performing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses, designing client reports and presentations, and making recommendations for improvements and alternative solutions. Additionally, you may identify new business opportunities and follow-on work with existing clients. It will be essential to maintain client relationships by providing follow-up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred, along with 5-8 years of consulting and/or life sciences industry experience. You must possess strong project management skills, client influencing abilities, and relationship-building skills. The ability to work collaboratively with team members and senior-level managers, manage multiple projects efficiently, and deliver results within tight deadlines is crucial.

Furthermore, you should have knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to the life sciences industry. Strong presentation, communication, and client influencing skills are required to effectively engage with clients. Developing a solid network of referral contacts and subject matter expertise within a specific area of focus will contribute to your success in managing projects effectively.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in project management, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with clients and team members. Through continuous learning and participation in training opportunities, you will expand your expertise in consulting methodologies and the life sciences market. Your proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships will be essential for driving success in this role.,
