This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring managers, developing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. Responsibilities also include sourcing qualified candidates, managing talent pipelines, and implementing strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Experience in Employer Branding and implementing initiatives to attract talent
