IRONBODY is a growing fitness equipment manufacturing brand specializing in functional trainers, racks, benches, and premium gym solutions for home gyms, studios, and commercial fitness centers. We are expanding our presence across Maharashtra and India.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and convert leads into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order execution

Dealer & Channel Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, gym owners, and distributors
  
• Regularly follow up with existing dealers for repeat orders
• Assist in onboarding new dealers in Pune and nearby regions
• Support dealers with product information, pricing, and marketing materials

Marketing & Business Development

• Support local marketing activities, exhibitions, demos, and site visits
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer needs
• Promote new product launches and offers to customers and dealers

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain lead and order records
• Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in fitness equipment, gym industry, machinery, or B2B sales is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with customer interaction and field sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / CRM tools preferred
