Experience: 15 years in sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare

• 
  Client Consultation: Conduct in-person or telephonic consultations to understand clients aesthetic concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
• Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by converting walk-ins, leads, and referrals into paying customers.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and past clients to promote ongoing treatments or new services.
• Treatment Planning: Create personalized treatment plans and explain service packages, pricing, and financing options clearly.

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all clinic offerings (e.g., laser, fillers, facials, body contouring).
• CRM Management: Enter and update client information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff to coordinate treatment execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Provide a premium customer experience from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Introduce clients to add-on services and products.
