Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to sell packages and meet their needs.
• Research consumer preferences and align solutions.
  
• Set sales targets, analyze data, and forecast growth.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager, Sales Counselors, Doctors, and Practitioners to meet clinic goals.
• Manage the financial closing of packages.
• Follow up on leads and build client relationships.
• Identify team skill gaps and create training programs.
• Promote the organization and products in Bangalore.
• Understand ideal customers and align product offerings.
• Use Amoga/Zenoti software for sales and client management.
