Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Follow up on leads and prospects through telecalls.
• Pitch products or services to customers and close sales.
• Handle customer queries and resolve their concerns professionally.
• Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM regularly.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
