We are currently hiring Sales and Reservation Executive for our hospitality enabled workspaces in Dehradun.
Position: SalesandReservation Executive

Location: Dehradun (On-Site)

Experience: 3-4 years in Hotel Reservations or Front Office Management.
Salary: Salary shall be commensurate with relevant experience, skills and last salary drawn
Note: The candidates who apply should be living in Dehradun.
The Sales and Reservation Executive would oversee Client Reservation, Booking Processes, maximizing Revenue, and providing exceptional Guest Service at hospitality enable workspaces.
1. Reservation Operations: Manage Reservations, Modifications, and Cancellations.
2. Rate Management: Implement Revenue Strategies, monitor Rates, and adjust Inventory.
3. Client Communication: Respond to Reservation inquiries, Confirmations, and Cancellations.
4. Group Reservations: Managing Meetings and Corporate Events.
5. Revenue Analysis: Monitor Occupancy, Competitive Price Analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
6. Staff Supervision: Train, Motivate, and Evaluate team members.
7. Quality Control: Ensure Reservation Accuracy, timely Responses, and Guest Satisfaction.
8. System Management: Maintain Reservation Software (PMS, CRS), update Room Inventory, and rate changes.
9. Reporting: Generate Reports on Reservation activity, Revenue, and Occupancy.
10. Compliance: Adhere to Government Policies, Procedures and Industry Regulations.
11. Guest Relations: Resolve Guest Complaints and concerns related to Reservations.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Experience: 3-4 years in Hotel Reservations or Front Office Management.

- Revenue Management and Sales techniques
- Time Management and Organization
- Proficiency in CRM Software
4. Knowledge of Hospitality Industry trends and best practices.
5. Experience with Revenue Management Software.

7. Certification in Hospitality Revenue Management (e.g., CRME).
8. Certifications: Hospitality Certifications (e.g., CHA, CHT) desirable.
