About the internship:

iScalify is a performance marketing agency working with D2C and service brands across fashion, jewellery, travel, and e-commerce. We are looking for a Meta Ads Intern who wants to build a career in performance marketing through hands-on experience with live ad accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor live ad campaigns and track key metrics (spend, CPA, ROAS)
• Prepare weekly performance reports in Google Sheets
• Conduct competitor research using Facebook Ad Library
• Assist with campaign setup, audience research, and ad copy drafts
• Learn pixel setup, campaign structures, and account audits

Requirements:

• Based in Mohali/Chandigarh Tricity
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Good written communication in English
• Strong interest in building a career in performance marketing
