Budgeting And Forecasting Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to the accurate and timely preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Isco's operations.

What you will do: You will analyze historical data, collaborate with various departments, and build financial models to support the forecasting and budgeting processes.

Key responsibility:

• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget input.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast.

• Prepare variance reports for management review.
• Support the annual budgeting process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in budgeting or forecasting (internships count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of financial statements.
