- You are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai on a Full-Time/Permanent basis. As a Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cybersecurity awareness program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to increase cybersecurity awareness across the organization, leading key initiatives such as Cyber Awareness Week, and preparing detailed reports on program progress and effectiveness.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication regarding cybersecurity practices and awareness. You will support all 2024 Cyber Awareness Initiatives, conduct regular assessments to identify knowledge gaps, and develop targeted training programs. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating training sessions and workshops tailored to different audience levels, collaborating with IT and security teams, and staying updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the awareness program.
To qualify for this role, you should have 7-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity Education and Awareness, proven ability to manage large-scale cybersecurity awareness programs, excellent communication skills, strong understanding of business functions, technical proficiency in cybersecurity principles, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in creating training materials, and ability to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization.

Preferred skills for this role include experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools, previous experience in program management or a related field, and relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
