Salary budget for this role up to AED 7000/-

General Accountant :- Having Real Estate Experience

An adaptable and responsible graduate in Bachelor of Commerce having 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Taxation including 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Industry and well knowledge in Quickbooks ERP.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ø Preparation of Accounts up to Finalization.

Ø Cashflow Management to ensure the optimum level of funds for the smooth running of business operations.

Ø Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable.

Ø Preparation of various MIS Reports (Sales, Profit & Loss, and Inventory Report Etc.…) For the management decision making.

Ø Managing the Group of Accounts & Intercompany transactions.

Ø Preparation of employee’s Payroll and managing WPS.

Ø Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Ø Managing Accounts of Real Estate Properties and Units on behalf of client’s requirement.

Ø Managing Petty Cash for the company requirement.

Ø Calculation of Employee Benefits (Gratuity, Air Passage & Leave Salary)

Ø Calculation of Depreciation, Provisions and Prepayments.

Ø Ensure Internal Auditing of the company and supporting the External Auditor for financial audit of company.

Ø VAT & Corporate Tax calculation and filing to Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
