Lead/Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall design strategy and vision for products across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain a scalable Design System ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design direction with business priorities.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence.
• Advocate for user-centric principles and champion design thinking across the organization.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the product experience modern and engaging.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven success in designing and launching user-focused digital products.
  
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, UX principles, and Interaction Design.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, and Principle.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and impactful user experiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale effectively to executives and teams.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical and business constraints.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise platforms, or consumer tech products.
• Background in user research and data-informed design decision-making.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment is highly desirable.
