Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical content such as:
• a. Resource Center articles
• b. API documentation
• c. Developer guides
• d. Integration and feature documentation
• e. Release notes and technical blog posts
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and workflows.
• Translate complex technical information into simple, engaging, and accurate language.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with the companys brand voice and style guidelines.
  
• Organize and structure the Resource Center for ease of navigation and searchability.
• Continuously update and improve documentation based on product updates, feedback, and analytics.
• Research and benchmark industry trends to keep developer resources relevant and innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS, software, or tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and developer tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Notion, Confluence, GitHub Pages, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, version control (Git), or developer documentation systems is a plus.

• Experience writing for developer communities or technology blogs.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for technical content.
• Knowledge of design systems, UI/UX principles, or developer platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability to make technical topics engaging and easy to understand.
