Field Sales Manager

• Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
• 
  Lead, coach, and support sales engineers in the field — setting goals, conducting ride-along visits, and reviewing performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with end-users.
• Drive channel partner engagement, performance, and alignment with company goals.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and report and forecast sales performance to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or segments.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, and logistics teams to support sales operations.
