Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage Training Management activities on the Learning Management System (LMS):
  
• Enrollments
• Class scheduling, cancellation & rescheduling
• Class profitability evaluation
• Ensuring class readiness (vendor coordination)
• Communication with delegates & vendors
• Feedback analysis
• Purchase Order generation
• Maintaining basic financial reports
• Support trainers and customers with training-related queries via phone and email
• Provide resolutions and scheduling options to customers
• Gather and analyze information related to reported issues
• Perform detailed case analysis, raise tickets, and document cases in the system
