Job Description
- As a System Administrator in the Greater Hyderabad Area, your role will involve day-to-day tasks related to System Administration, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Network Administration, and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance:
- Assist in routine system maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to manage user accounts and access control.
- Network Assistance:
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems under supervision.
- Documentation:
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Create and update user guides and system manuals.
- Security Awareness:
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
- Participate in backup tasks and learn about backup procedures.
- Professional Development:
- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Qualification & Skills:
- Strong understanding and 1-2 years of experience in System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and technical support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Experience in maintaining and upgrading software and hardware systems.
- Knowledge of servers, database management, and security protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+.
- Familiarity with ERP technologies like SAP ERP, CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Good understanding and training knowledge of Cloud Technology such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.,
