Manager - Order To Cash/Quote To Cash - MR Firm - CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end O2C/Q2C processes including Job Accounting, Billing, Cash Allocation, and Revenue Recognition.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cash application, collections support, and account reconciliations.
- Perform month-end activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reporting support.
- Drive compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Review and analyze financial data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and business teams to resolve billing and accounting issues.
- Support process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership review.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and financial controls.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, O2C/Q2C, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition, Job Accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, month-end close activities, and finance operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
