Job Description
- As an Associate in Sales & Sponsorship at ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Gurugram. At ITW Universe, we specialize in providing comprehensive brand management solutions across sports, entertainment, and media sectors on a global scale. By working with us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with renowned brands, contribute to the exciting field of sports marketing, and play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and recall among diverse audiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include focusing on sales, sponsorships, and establishing new partnership avenues within the sports industry. You will have the chance to prospect and sell branding opportunities in prominent cricket events, develop relationships with clients and advertising agencies, and provide regular updates on sporting properties. Additionally, you will be expected to understand market requirements, identify monetization opportunities in various sports categories, and create effective go-to-market strategies for different advertiser segments such as Retail, Real Estate, FMCG, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and exhibit strong work ethics. Whether you are a fresher with a Master's degree in Business or Marketing, or an undergraduate with relevant experience, your ability to engage with clients, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of the business will be critical. Previous experience in Sales or Media is preferred, and candidates with a background in Media, Sports, Entertainment, Outdoor, Radio, TV, or Sales will be given preference.
