Regional Customer Success Manager - Sales
Experience: 4-5 Yrs
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the set of Enterprise Accounts.
- Generating Sales & achieving sales targets through the listed accounts.
- Manage designated accounts by mapping the key accounts by peoples role designations.
- Should be able to understand the customer requirement, map the respective product under iValue s offering
- Good understanding of the tendering process and purchase process
- Understanding of Pre-bid requisites for products and partners.
- Successfully speaking the iValue Solution stack and lineup the loyal & eligible partners on time.
- Should be able to discuss with senior level positions and should be able to develop mind share across designations including General Manager IT.
- Good understanding of the large partners org structure & mapping of the key resources which are critical for business.
- Should be able to map the non-sales contacts @ large NSI partners who play critical role in positioning solutions across accounts, especially the solution architects.
