Job Description
- As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by implementing various HR programs and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR functions to foster a positive work environment.
Your duties will involve maintaining employee records, overseeing talent acquisition processes, conducting employee evaluations, and assisting in change management initiatives. You will collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR plans and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. A strong understanding of strategic planning in an HR context is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
