Job Description
- As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by implementing various HR programs and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR functions to foster a positive work environment.
Your duties will involve maintaining employee records, overseeing talent acquisition processes, conducting employee evaluations, and assisting in change management initiatives.
