Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst will contribute to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment, the engineer works with tech Lead, software engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders.

• 
  Key Responsibilities: Should have over 4 years of experience supporting business solution software and analyzing new project requirements.


• Develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes flow, alternatives, and risks.


• Analyse project’s business requirements and processes through different techniques like document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.


• Conduct requirement gathering and workshop to identify and verify the project’s needs and work to make sure they are met



• Communicate project’s business requirements by constructing easy- to-understand data and process models


• Engage project to gather software requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development and testing teams

• 
  Skills Required: Translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories,


• workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.


• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis and change request effectively in project


• Participate in solution evaluation and feasibility analysis with business, technical team

• Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training


• Identify and reconcile errors in project data to ensure accurate business requirements.


• Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related stream from a reputed Institute.
