Real Estate Consultant ( Telesales )

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed and proactively learn about Dubai’s real estate market trends.
• Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• 
  Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and represent sellers’ interests during transactions.
• Negotiate and finalize property deals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai secondary or primary real estate.

Get Hired
• Experience in telesales and record of converting leads into sales.
• Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and communication skills with experience in a sales-driven environment.
• High professional ethics and integrity.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Farsi or Chinese is an advantage.
• Ability to travel between the office and property viewings (a UAE driving license and personal vehicle are highly preferred).
