Service Sales Manager
Locations: Delhi, NCR | Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary:
We're looking for driven and experienced Service Sales Managers to join a leading multinational corporation in Delhi and Bangalore.
If you're an IT sales professional with a proven track record of 5+ years, expertise in engaging with Global Capability Center (GCC) clients, and a strong knack for closing significant deals, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed service sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on Global Capability Center (GCC) logos.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Deal Closure: Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, expertly negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and report on progress using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:

- Delhi: 5-18 years of experience in IT Service Sales.
- Bangalore: 5-12 years of experience in IT Service Sales.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically within the services sector.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated expertise in engaging with and closing deals with Global Capability Center (GCC) logos is mandatory.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a track record of closing large-scale deals.
- Business Development: Ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Industry Background (Preferred): Candidates with a background from companies like Allegis, ITC Infotech, TEKsystems, Randstad, or similar organizations are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
