Job Description
- As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at our Bengaluru office, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using cloud, containerization, and microservices technologies. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our infrastructure and applications.
You should have at least 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with a strong grasp of Go or Python programming languages. Additionally, expertise in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and proficiency in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are essential for this role.
Your duties will encompass designing and developing scalable, modular solutions for diverse product suites, implementing best practices in modern software architecture, managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, and driving containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high availability and performance of applications through monitoring and alerting systems.
Collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to proactively identify areas of improvement are key aspects of this role. Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.

While a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a nice-to-have, certifications such as CKAD, CKS, and/or CKA are highly preferred.
