Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: Up to ?9 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, and internal audits, with a robust understanding of GST and tax compliance. Experience with a Big 4 firm will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and oversee financial operations

Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal control systems

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems

Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance matters

Key Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 12 years of post-qualification experience

Prior exposure to a Big 4 firm is an added advantage

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar platforms)

Strong command of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Proven ability to manage finance functions independently

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
