Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Present and promote J&T Express services to new clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the logistics industry and market trends in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
