Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team at J Technologies India Private Limited. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Thiruvallur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships within the specified regions.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales with a clear understanding of sales processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales initiatives and strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in B2C marketing tactics to reach and engage potential consumers effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in business development strategies to propel the companys growth.
  • Experience in sales management to oversee and guide sales teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Strong client relationship skills to build and maintain lasting partnerships.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote products and drive business growth in designated areas.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
