Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead two critical, interconnected functions:
- End-to-end patient experience and clinic operations, and
- Ownership corporate/institutional/RWA partnerships
This is not a traditional clinic management role. It is a strategic position for a leader who will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring the standard of care we promise is the standard we deliver because operational rigor is the foundation of patient experience and partner trust.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
1) An Integrated Rhythm
- You have established a systematic process where internal operational data directly informs partner conversations. You ensure the loop between the clinic floor and the boardroom is seamless. Conversely, feedback from partners (corporate/medical/RWA) leads to immediate internal process improvements.
2) Operational Stability
- The clinic runs smoothly even in your absence.
- Front desk is trained, empowered, and consistent—resulting in low wait times and strong patient feedback.
- Vendor relationships, pharmacy coordination, inventory, and compliance are proactively managed—clinic remains audit-ready at all times.
3) Partner Trust & Renewal Path
- Commitments to partners are delivered reliably and professionally.
- You build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a clear, data-backed renewal plan based on utilization + delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead the Patient Experience (Clinic Operations)
You will oversee the patient journey end-to-end, ensuring every interaction reflects premium, compassionate care.
- Own the Patient Journey: Manage the full lifecycle from appointment booking to check-out, optimizing for minimal wait times, seamless coordination, and a calming, compassionate environment.
- Front Office Leadership: Supervise daily front-desk operations, patient flow, and service recovery; resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Systems & SOP Ownership: Implement SOPs, train staff, ensure adherence, and continuously improve workflows.
- Compliance & Audit-Readiness: Maintain operational checklists/logs, safety checks, and documentation; ensure the clinic is always ready for audits.
- Vendor, Inventory & Pharmacy Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, track inventory, coordinate with pharmacy operations, and prevent stockouts/expiry losses.
2) Own the Premium Partner Experience (Corporate Partnerships)
You will be the primary relationship manager for our corporate partners, including RWAs, institutions, and corporate clients.
- End-to-End Partnership Lifecycle: Act as the primary point of contact from initial handoff through execution, reviews, and renewals.
- Translate Commitments Into Action: Convert partner agreements (wellness camps, health packages, referral pathways) into clear internal execution plans.
- Flawless Delivery: Coordinate internally to ensure partner services are executed with precision and professionalism.
- Reviews & Reporting: Prepare simple performance summaries, utilization updates, and action plans; run periodic partner reviews.
- Feedback Loop for Improvement: Use partner and patient insights to refine internal SOPs and collaborate with marketing on offerings and campaigns.
- Organic Growth / Upsell : Identify opportunities based on partner needs and utilization patterns—without compromising care quality.

- Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in healthcare/clinic operations and B2B partnerships / key account management / business development.
- Leadership + Execution: Systematic, detail-oriented, strong follow-through; can manage day-to-day operations while building stable systems.
- Patient & Partner Maturity: Communicates with warmth and credibility—comfortable with patients, physicians, and corporate stakeholders.
- Operations Skill Set: Front office management, patient flow, SOP implementation, vendor coordination, inventory discipline, compliance documentation.
- Tech & Reporting Comfort: Proficient with clinic management software + productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, presentations, basic reporting dashboards).
- Experience in premium clinics / hospitals / diagnostics / corporate wellness preferred.
- Comfortable managing front desk + patient flow + partner coordination end-to-end.
- Language: Excellent professional communication in English and Hindi.
- Education: MBA / MHA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Integrity: Patient-first mindset and consistent professionalism.
