JD: Plant Finance Controller
Location: Phaltan , (Near Pune) , India

As we expand our operations in this thriving sector, we are seeking a Deputy Finance Controller to join our team in Noida.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Supervise standard costing, manage raw material/finished goods inventory.
- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site
- Analyse variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Conduct costing analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review and manage the Capex budget in discussion with Plant management
- Responsible for preparation of Annual Budget, Forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordination and support to Production/plant / Business teams in day to day financial and operational challenges
- Providing data analysis and reports as required by Business from time to time
- Collaborates with Plant management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis
- Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks

- Experience of Return filing for GST & GST Assessments
- CA/Cost Accountant qualification with 12 to 15+ years of experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GST, TDS, costing, and MIS.
- SAP Experience must.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
