Eligibility:

• 
  Candidates with prior experience in Engineering Consultancy within the UAE are preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Must have proven experience working on commercial projects, high-rise buildings, towers, or hotels within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with design director, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts in terms of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.
• Support the implementation and compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
• Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate them into the design process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
• Communicate regularly with the clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work for multiple projects and handle the pressure.
