1. Handle daily leads from portals like Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, and company campaigns
2. Perform quick and consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
3. Qualify leads and understand client needs to match with suitable properties
4. Schedule and conduct property viewings and virtual tours
5. Maintain and update listings on real estate portals accurately and attractively
6. Negotiate offers and close deals with a focus on both speed and service quality
7. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
