Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- The individual must maintain an outstanding working relationship with leading MEP/Electrical Consultants (such as Electro, Ampower, Abett, SNC, etc.), Project Management Consultants (e.g., JLL, CBRE, C&W, Savills, etc.), Interior Designers/Architects (for instance, SWBI, DPA, AVA, Space Matrix, Morpho, etc.), and Lighting Designers (like Lirio Lopez, Design Matrix, etc.) within the Delhi NCR market.
- Engaged in Professional product specification, brand approval, and educate the new products/solutions at the aforementioned target customers.
- Working Knowledge of Lighting Design over Dialux would be an added advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience in promoting lighting products to the specifier community; however, candidates from related fields (Electrical Goods) with excellent relationship with MEP/Electrical Consultants will also be taken into account.
- Establish all PLS verticals in market and ensure specification in BOQ/mock-ups at the projects initial stages
- Introduce and promote newly launched products by the company to key stakeholders of PLS business
- Business development activities (In-house presentations, factory or orientation Centre visits/special events and seminars for Architects, Interior designers, MEP Consultants, Electrical Consultants, PMC for PLS in the regions/ assigned territory
- Do regular productive business meetings - with Architects/MEP consultant/Electrical consultant/PMC & generate lead for PLS
- Complete the assigned number of visits per month to targeted locations
- Implement promotional activities and local events to increase product visibility and market penetration
- Education: Should have BE/BTECH qualification
- Experience: 7-9 years of experience in the building materials industry, for specification, Tender specs, Presentation of new solutions, Drive promotional event.
