Whats the role
The Product Manager - Growth at Nek will own and drive product-led growth by identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention across the e-commerce journey. The role combines strong product ownership, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale revenue and enhance the end-to-end customer experience for a digital-first jewellery brand.
What will be your responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Product Ownership:
  • Define and drive the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Neks business and revenue goals
  • Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention for a jewellery-first customer journey
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business needs into clear product requirements and growth initiatives
  • Own prioritization of the growth backlog based on impact, effort, and business value
Data Analysis & Experimentation
  • Track and analyze key growth KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, retention, and revenue
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel
  • Plan, execute, and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments to improve product performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product and growth metrics and share actionable insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver growth-focused product features
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align product initiatives with pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure smooth execution of product launches, experiments, and feature rollouts
Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Gather feedback from customers,internal teams, and stakeholders to refine and improve the product experience Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and e-commerce compliance standards
Whats required from you
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth-focused role, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or lifestyle/jewellery brands
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and growth levers in consumer businesses
  • Experience working with product and analytics tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and execution-focused environment
