Role Overview
This is an End-to-End Sales Role where you will drive the complete enrolment lifecycle from cold calling and lead qualification to counselling and final closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from CRM-generated leads
- Identify candidates career goals and suggest relevant executive programs
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions via phone, video, or in-person meetings
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve daily deliverables and monthly enrollment targets
- Ensure high conversion rates through need-based counselling
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 05 years of experience in B2C Sales / EdTech Sales / Inside Sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a high-performance mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
