Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Sales department - Non-I.T., focusing on Lateral hiring, Leadership & CXO level hiring.
?Working Days - Mon to Sat (Alternate Saturdays off)
???? Office Timing - 10am to 7pm
????Work Location - Mumbai (Chembur/Goregaon)
? Experience: Mini 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a strong focus on lateral profiles.
Expertise in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
