Job Description

As a Product Executive at Indus Lifesciences, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of brand strategies for pharmaceutical products. Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to the creation of product literature, visual aids, and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and market positioning. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing promotional activities to ensure the availability of quality healthcare to all.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to develop effective marketing strategies. By gathering feedback from doctors, medical representatives, and customers, you will continuously improve the product and identify new opportunities to expand market share. Your insights will be instrumental in optimizing product performance and driving growth.
You will also provide sales teams with detailed product knowledge, conduct training sessions for medical representatives, and develop marketing tools to support field sales efforts. By equipping the sales force with the necessary information and resources, you will enhance their promotional effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the products.

Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and executing the launch of new pharmaceutical products. From pre-launch strategies to post-launch performance monitoring, you will work on doctor profiling, marketing campaigns, and strategy adjustments to ensure the success of new product introductions. Your role will also encompass supporting digital marketing campaigns, participating in conferences, CMEs, and doctor engagement programs to reach a wider audience and drive product adoption.
