Role Overview:

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Residential Sales will lead and manage the residential sales team in Kolkata, driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans. The AVP will collaborate closely with the marketing, project management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of UCC Infra Projects.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed residential sales targets for the Kolkata region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel development, to expand market reach.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Work closely with the project management team to provide feedback on product design and features based on customer insights and market demand.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential real estate.
- Strong understanding of the Kolkata real estate market and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
