Job Description
- As a Human Resource Specialist at Catalyst Brands, you will play a crucial role in our People Operations team. Your responsibilities will include providing 3rd level production support for our HRIS system, which involves defining resolutions, overseeing development, testing, and deployment activities. This will also entail day-to-day support tasks such as table updates, data management, and documentation.
You will actively participate in the implementation and execution of various projects, applications, and programs as assigned to you. This will involve tasks like business process mapping, functional analysis, documentation, training, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. You will work closely with business teams on moderately complex projects, assisting in requirement-gathering efforts, system configuration, and translating technical requirements for developers under direct supervision.
Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives by applying your change management experience to facilitate advancements in quality. Your role will also involve assisting in the maintenance of the PeopleSoft Application to ensure proper functionality, security, and configurations aligned with company and business needs.
To excel in this role, you should have the ability to proactively identify and build business/IT knowledge, offering solutions to business issues. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.2. Knowledge of HR systems, including Human Capital Management, Applicant Tracking, and Time and Attendance, as well as experience with user acceptance testing, is essential. Strong customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills are also required.
