The Fixed Income support Team is looking for a candidate with a background in LoanIQ to join the team and improve the support of the Firms loan businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Booking Review and Control -

• Reconcile Front Office bookings to Back Office/LoanIQ activity
• Assess and validate accounting impacts by reviewing GL entries in LOANIQ, ensuring transactions hit the correct GL accounts
• 
  Resolve open trades and manual transactions in LoanIQ in a timely manner
• Monitor delayed actions from Middle Office or the business and escalate appropriately where required.

Financial Control and Balance Sheet Oversight -

• Investigate and clear Work in Progress (WIP)items and past due balances ensuring timely resolution
• Perform balance sheet substantiation and validation checks, reconciling open WIP items against GL balances
• Provide clear commentary, audit trail and traction updates on outstanding items to management

Loan Operations and Servicing Assistance

• Act as key point of coordination in helping Operations, Middle Office, and Business to ensure smooth and timely processing.

The following skills and experience are required for this role:

• 3 -5 years of experince.
• Proven experience working with Loan IQ, including trade booking and issue resolution
• Strong knowledge of loan products, particularly subscription finance, bilateral loans agency structures and secondary trading
• Strong Excel knowledge and effective written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
• Able to prioritize workload to meet daily and monthly deadlines
