Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing, PR & Events Lead. The role owns Mokshs outward-facing presence, spanning private event and trunk show planning and execution, PR and press relationships, brand partnerships, and storytelling. The ideal candidate thinks critically, executes thoroughly, and takes real ownership, including involvement in decision-making.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute private events, trunk shows, and pop-ups end-to-end

Build and maintain relationships with stylists, editors, influencers, PR contacts, agencies, and partner brands

Drive brand visibility initiatives - placements, collaborations, and press features

Own Mokshs annual marketing calendar across weekly, monthly, and quarterly horizons

Execute trade show marketing strategy - pre-show, during-show, and post-show

Coordinate shoots and campaign production

Write and oversee brand copy - press notes, event invites, launch notes, and collection highlights

Support email marketing and client newsletters

Build a structured monthly outreach pipeline

Ensure Moksh shows up consistently and credibly in the right spaces

Qualifications

Confident, articulate, and bringing genuine energy to everything you do

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Meaningful experience in luxury PR, fashion marketing, high-end events, or working with brands

Proven ability to plan and execute events end-to-end

Strong relationship-building skills with stylists, editors, press, influencers, and agencies

Comfortable networking and representing a brand externally with conviction

Familiarity with the luxury or jewellery industry is a plus
