Position Summary
The Jindal School of Government and Public Policy (JSGP) and the Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) at O.P. Jindal Global University invite applications at the Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor level. The positions are for the following specialisations:

• Political Analytics and Psephology
• Big Data in Elections
• Election Management, including:
• Campaign Design
• Monitoring
  
• Finance
• Risk Management
• Communication
• Election Law
  

Roles And Responsibilities
Faculty members will be expected to follow the roles and responsibilities below.

• Teaching and Advising: The primary responsibility of this position is to teach and advise university students in the management and analysis of elections.
• Research: The position requires conducting high-quality research in election management and analysis, contributing to scholarship and practice in this field.
• Academic Administration: Successful candidates will be required to contribute to academic and institutional responsibilities, including service related to programme development and administration.
• Teaching Load: Appointees will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate students both in residential and online programs. The teaching load will be commensurate with the appointment.

• Basic Qualification**(Required at the time of Application)
• A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
• Relevant Teaching experience at the undergraduate/graduate levels.
• Experience in undertaking high-quality independent research and its dissemination in peer-reviewed journal articles, manuscripts, working papers, and policy briefs, among others.
