Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IND AS.
• Lead day-to-day operations in Accounts & Finance, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for various banking operations.
• Oversee and manage Direct Tax matters including returns, assessments, and compliance.
• Ensure smooth functioning and integration of processes in SAP ERP environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to support financial planning and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant Cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt only.
• Strong working knowledge of IND AS and relevant accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module preferred).
• Proficiency in Accounts, Finance, and Banking operations.
• Proven ability to handle audits and manage compliance efficiently.
• Solid understanding of Direct Taxation and regulatory requirements.
