Job Description
- As an Associate Manager in Corporate Communications at Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) in Hisar, Haryana, you will be an integral part of India's largest stainless steel producer and a global leader known for innovation, sustainability, and excellence in manufacturing. Your role will involve working on internal and external communication strategies, branding, and content development to enhance the company's public image and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Internal Communications:**
- Contribute to the monthly internal newsletter and craft engaging emailers to keep employees informed and connected.
- Develop and execute employee engagement campaigns to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage video shoots for various initiatives such as processes, testimonials, and CSR projects.
- **External Communications:**
- Draft press notes on business developments and pitch exclusive stories to media for positive coverage.
- Coordinate with local and national media for coverage of company events and oversee the creation of external communication materials.
- **Branding:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design creative collaterals for events, campaigns, and out-of-home branding tools.
- **Content Development:**
- Create impactful content in English and Hindi across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and values.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, media relations, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation and editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a high degree of collaboration.
- Understanding of HR practices and employee engagement strategies preferred.
