Job Description

Jio is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the position of Account Lead The position will be based in Mumbai in the IT/ ITES Vertical

Education Required:

Any Graduation (MBA preferred)

Experience Required:

18-23 years (must have at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Team Management roles)

Responsibilities

Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for client meetings. Work with the sales team to negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of account managers and support teams. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Set performance targets and track team progress towards goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Service Delivery, Care & Assurance, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless service experience to Customers.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any issues. Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery.

    Revenue retention in existing accounts (Zero churn)
  • Ensuring Superior customer experience by driving Project Delivery as per agreed timelines, first time right deliveries, Network / Product Services uptime as per agreed SLAs.
  • Collections against billing (zero disputes)
  • Workforce availability & training coverage for the CSG.
  • Statutory and Regulatory Compliances .

Skill Set

  • Strong work experience in Sales
  • Technologically Savvy, good understanding of emerging technologies in Telecom/IT space
  • Demonstrated experience in Team management
  • Key Account Management Experience
  • Customer Focus and strong Problem-solving skills.
